General Introduction
JULONG Iron Mining Equipment usually consists of feeding system, screening systems, water supply systems, magnetic separation systems, tailing conveyor system, concentrate collection system and otheraccessories. The raw ore will go into the grizzly to move out the big rocks, then go into the tank with a uniform ore plate, diluted with water again, rinse mortar uniformly to the surface of the separator, wherein the high grade iron ore is magnetically attached to the separator and is conveyed to the sand washing area and transported to the beneficiation area after washing out the sand, flushed to the iron sand collecting tank and become the high grade iron, the non-magnetic sediment directly into tailing discharge groove. This equipment is available for one to four level magnetic separation, with a production capacity of 150-200 tons per hour and the iron ore grade can be up to 60%.
Magnetic Separator
There are two kinds of magnetic separator, dry magnetic separator and wet magnetic separator, mainly used for magnetic separation of iron powder, some poor magnetic minerals can also be screened. It is widely used for the mine site and sand mining site.
Magnetic system of the magnetic separator, using high quality ferrite material or rare earth magnets composites, the average magnetic induction on the drum surface is 1000-5000 Gauss, canproviding different type magnetic separation, downstream, semi-counter current and counter current.
The magnetic separator is work together with dredger for improve the efficiency and reduce the cost. The dredging depth can reach 20 meters and work capacity can be at 80-200 m3/hr, the iron grade can reach tp 60% depends on the raw material and water depth. One level, two level or three level magnetic separation is available according customers’ requirements. Besides, It also can be equipped with sieving and washing equipment for recovery the sand.
JULONG Iron Mining Platform can be work together with chain dredger, jet suction dredger and cutter suction dredger, 4-12 magnetic separator will be installed on the platform which can processing raw ore 200-800 m3/hr.
