General Introduction
The 6-S shaking table is one main gravity concentration machinery. It is widely used for the mining of tungsten, tin, niobium, gold and other rare metal and precious metal ore, for rough processing, concentration, scavenging of coarse sand (2-0.5.mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), mineral clay (-0.074) etc. It can also be used for iron, manganese ore and coal. The recovery size ranges from 2 to 0.22mm when minerals like tungsten and tin are processed.
The processing work of shaking table is on the tilting surface with splines. The raw material goes from the feeding hopper on upper side, meanwhile horizontal water is supplied from the water tank for washing. Because of the gravity, horizontal water push, inertia and friction caused by the asymmetric reciprocating motion, the material will be separated according to the specific weight and size, and move vertically by the table surface and horizontally by the tilting table surface. So different materials move from point A to point B like fan-shape, and they will be discharged from two areas of concentrate and tailings. Then concentrate, medium ore and tailings will be got.
Julong shaking table is of high concentration rate, high efficiency, easy operation and the stroke is easy to adjust. When the horizontal degree and stroke are changed, the table surface can keep running in balance. Spring is in the box with compact structure. Final concentrate and tailings can be got successively.
